SHIPPING POLICY & PROCESS
Overview
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Standard Shipping: For domestic orders, we offer free shipping up-to 500g of package weight.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order more than 500g will be calculated as per package weight and displayed at checkout.
Jaipur City Delivery
Free local delivery is available for any orders above 15000 Rs within 5-6 km. For orders under 15000 Rs, we charge 200 Rs for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10-5 pm on business days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the time of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the most of the countries. For international orders, we offer fast delivery shipping only calculated as per package weight.
At this time, we do not ship to [list of countries].
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated as per package weight and displayed at checkout.
For international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination we try to deliver within our delivery timelines i.e 8 to 20 days excluding holidays.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@idlibythierryjourno.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Also you cancel your order within 48 hrs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@idlibythierryjourno.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
